Philip E. Prewitt has been practicing law since graduating from Washington University in St.
Louis and passing the Missouri Bar exam in 1992. Over the years he has represented
clients in the trial and appellate courts of Missouri and in private transactions involving a
broad spectrum of legal issues, including real estate, business, collections, municipal,
employment, probate, guardianship, personal injury, insurance defense, criminal, and
domestic issues. This extensive range of experience allows him to counsel clients about
